Listed phone group
The 2025 annual report says Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Co., Ltd. was created by conversion of Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Limited, registered with the Shenzhen market regulator on November 8, 2017, and headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It says the shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 30, 2019. The stock brief in the same report is A shares on the STAR Market, short name Transsion Holdings, code 688036.
A Hong Kong exchange application proof, which says on its cover that it is a draft and may change, traces the company to 2013. It says the predecessor, Transsion Limited, was established in the PRC on August 21, 2013, and that the company was converted into a joint-stock company in 2017. The founded year on this profile is that 2013 predecessor date, not the 2017 registration date.
Brands and markets
The annual report says the business is the design, development, production, sale, and brand operation of smart terminals centered on phones. The named phone brands are TECNO, itel, and Infinix, covering feature phones and smartphones. Sales are concentrated in Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. It says overall phone shipments in 2025 were about 169 million units. That sentence is phones overall, not a smartphone-only count.
2025 results
The report period is January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Consolidated operating revenue was RMB 65,591,236,007.16, down 4.55 percent from 2024. The narrative prints the same result as 6,559,123.60 万元. This profile stores that group total. It is not a smartphone-only revenue line.
Share figures the company attributes to IDC
Citing IDC for 2025, the annual report says global phone share was 12.3 percent, third among phone-brand vendors, and smartphone share was 7.9 percent, sixth. Those are two different measures. Phone share includes feature phones. IDC's public final Q2 2026 top-five table does not name Transsion, so this profile does not treat the company's 2025 citation as a Q2 2026 rank.
Chairman and general manager
The 2025 annual report lists Zhu Zhaojiang as chairman and general manager, with a term from October 26, 2017 to October 24, 2026. The biography says he has held those posts since August 2013. The report does not use the title CEO, so this profile does not put him in the CEO field.
