EHang flies first pilotless passenger eVTOL in Central Asia
EHang's EH216-S completed Central Asia's first pilotless, human-carrying eVTOL flight on August 10 in Astana, Kazakhstan, carrying Transport Minister Nurlan Sauranbayev and other officials during the Games of the Future 2026 event. The flights operated under a national eVTOL regulatory framework Kazakhstan established in June 2026, extending EHang's commercial footprint to 23 countries.
