Anthropic in talks to acquire AI startup Decart for $6B
Anthropic is reportedly in talks to acquire Israeli AI startup Decart, which builds software for GPU efficiency and real-time generative video and world models, in a deal valued at about $6 billion, Bloomberg reported August 13. Decart, founded in 2023, raised $300 million in May 2026 at a nearly $4 billion valuation, so a $6 billion deal would mark roughly a 50% premium and would be Anthropic's largest acquisition to date; the deal has not been finalized and could still fall through.
