Stoke Space raising about $1B at roughly $9B valuation

Stoke Space is raising about $1 billion in a Series E at a pre-money valuation near $9 billion, with the round targeted to close in August, to accelerate development and production of its fully reusable Nova rocket, Bloomberg reported. The raise follows a Series D that was extended to $860 million in February. Stoke has completed its first-stage engines and run fit checks mating Nova's payload module, second-stage tanks and Andromeda 2 engine ahead of the vehicle's debut.
