Anthropic tells investors its addressable market tops $30T

Anthropic is preparing to tell investors it sees a total addressable market of more than $30 trillion for AI, a figure that exceeds SpaceX's own $28.5 trillion TAM estimate and roughly matches annual US GDP, the Wall Street Journal reported August 25. The estimate is meant to capture the full scope of work AI models could eventually perform and is separate from Anthropic's nearer-term revenue projections, which The Information has separately reported could reach as high as $34.5 billion in 2027.
