Geely says Zeekr 001 hit 10-70% in 4.5 minutes at 2,250 kW

Geely Auto Group, Zeekr's untracked parent, said in Ningbo on Sept. 23 that its fifth-generation Smart Charging Station peaks at 2,250 kW and that the battery used in the Lynk & Co 10 and Zeekr 001 charged from 10% to 70% in 4 minutes 30 seconds and to 97% in 8 minutes 40 seconds in real-world tests. Geely attributed the 12C Shendun Golden Battery result to its Xingrui PowerMind energy model and claimed lithium-ion pulse restoration plus AI charging management can raise cycle life by 20%; Electrek flagged that figure as a company best case. Zeekr itself did not issue a separate confirmation.
