Anthropic commits $100M to train 10,000 Claude engineers
On Oct. 2, 2026 Anthropic launched Claude Frontier Academy with a $100 million commitment to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by the end of 2027. First cohorts include engineers from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk, with in-person sessions in San Francisco, New York and London followed by a 12-week residency.
