xAI releases Grok Voice 3.0 at $0.08 a minute
On Oct. 14, 2026 xAI released Grok Voice 3.0, a speech-to-speech model, in its Voice Agent API at $0.08 per minute, the same price as Grok Voice 2.0. The company said grok-voice-latest now points to the new model and that grok-voice-2.0 is deprecated. xAI said the model scored 86.9 on Artificial Analysis's Speech-to-Speech Index and that Grok Voice handles millions of conversations a day in Tesla vehicles.
