Incorporated May 13 and entered in Munich's commercial register on June 15, the subsidiary is chartered to offer autonomous ride-hailing and to support third-party operators, with its business address at Google's Munich campus and job postings for test drivers and vehicle trainers already appearing in Berlin and Munich.
