Boston Dynamics to deliver Atlas to first outside client in 2027
Boston Dynamics confirmed in a July 22 webinar that it will deliver its Atlas humanoid to a company outside the Hyundai Motor Group for the first time in 2027, running a pilot test at an unfamiliar industrial site. The 2026 Atlas production run remains fully committed to Hyundai's Robotics Metaplant Application Center and Google DeepMind, with the named 2027 client still undisclosed.
