Xiaomi debuts Sky Nomad EREV SUVs, shares slide on pricing
Xiaomi unveiled its Sky Nomad extended-range EV sub-brand on July 30 with two SUVs, the five-seat N70 Max (presale from 259,900 yuan) and seven-seat N90 Max (presale from 299,900 yuan), each claiming over 1,000 miles of combined range ahead of a September market launch. Xiaomi shares fell as much as 8-11% intraday afterward as analysts flagged the aggressive pricing and the roughly 61,000 vehicles a month Xiaomi now needs in the second half to hit its 550,000-unit 2026 delivery target.
