SpaceX posts $6.93B revenue in first earnings as public company
SpaceX reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $6.93 billion and a net loss of $0.26 per share on August 4, its first financial disclosure since going public, beating Wall Street's roughly $6.88 billion consensus estimate. Starlink subscribers surpassed 12 million and remained the company's only consistently profitable segment, while heavy AI-infrastructure and Starship spending kept the launch and SpaceXAI segments unprofitable. SPCX shares have fallen well below their $135 June 12 Nasdaq debut price, with a roughly $116 billion lock-up expiration for early investors set for August 6.
