Nvidia open-sources NOOA agent framework, tops SWE-bench

Nvidia Research open-sourced NOOA on August 7, an object-oriented Python framework that collapses an AI agent's methods, state, and prompts into a single class so it can be tested, traced, and version-controlled like ordinary software. Running on GPT-5.5, NOOA scored 82.2% on SWE-bench Verified, beating the prior best of 79.2%, while using roughly half the tokens per task of competing open-source agent harnesses.
