BYD brings LiDAR-equipped God's Eye B to the Seal 06 sedan

BYD launched the revamped 2027 Seal 06 in Shenzhen on August 11, the first time it has brought the LiDAR-equipped God's Eye B driver-assistance system down to a family sedan in this price range, previously reserved for pricier models running the camera-only God's Eye C. The redesigned Seal 06 grows to 4.87 meters in length and offers EV and DM-i plug-in hybrid versions, with the pure-electric variant's single motor peaking at 240 kW, up from 160 kW in the outgoing model.
