Rocket Lab posts record Q2 revenue, backlog tops $2.36B
Rocket Lab reported record Q2 2026 revenue of $234 million on August 10, up 62% year over year and $34 million above the prior quarter's record, with backlog also hitting a record $2.36 billion. Adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed to $8.8 million, well inside guidance, but GAAP EPS of -$0.08 missed estimates and shares fell sharply after hours as investors focused on continued cash burn; the company guided to another record revenue quarter in Q3 2026.
