BYD launches flash-charging Qin Max sedan from $14,700
BYD began sales of the Qin Max sedan in China on August 13, its new range-topping entry in the Qin lineup above the Qin Plus and Qin L, offered in nine variants across DM-i plug-in hybrid (99,900-129,900 yuan) and all-electric (109,900-143,900 yuan) versions. The EV version supports BYD's flash-charging technology, extending the company's aggressive pricing push against rivals like Tesla's Model 3.
