Google DeepMind launches Gemini 3.7 Flash at half the price
Google DeepMind released Gemini 3.7 Flash on August 13, calling it its most intelligent workhorse model yet for coding and agent tasks, just 23 days after Gemini 3.6 Flash. The model keeps roughly the same 1-million-token context window as its predecessor but scores 65.3% on the DeepSWE v1.1 coding benchmark versus 49.0% before, and carries introductory pricing of $0.75 per million input tokens and $3.75 per million output tokens through the end of 2026, about half of Gemini 3.6 Flash's price, before rising to $1.50/$7.50 in 2027.
