ULA names Mark Peller permanent president and CEO
United Launch Alliance named Mark Peller as its permanent president and CEO effective August 17, ending an eight-month interim period under COO John Elbon. Peller has been with ULA since its 2006 formation, led Vulcan rocket development from inception through certification, and most recently served as chief operating officer overseeing Atlas and Vulcan operations; he succeeds Tory Bruno, who resigned in December 2025 to join Blue Origin's national security group.
