CATL and Quinbrook advance Australia's largest BESS campus
CATL and Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners announced on August 15 that Stage 2 of their Supernode battery storage campus in Brendale, Queensland has entered commercial operation, while Stage 3 reached financial close on A$469 million in debt financing. CATL is supplying EnerC Plus systems for Stages 1-2 and TENER S for Stage 3 plus long-term lifecycle support, with the three stages together set to reach 780 MW / 3,074 MWh, making Supernode Australia's largest operating battery storage campus.
