Google moves DeepMind's AI safety team into Global Affairs
Google is shifting a roughly 90-person AI responsibility team, covering chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear model risk plus human-AI interaction and chatbot psychological effects, out of Google DeepMind and into its Global Affairs policy organization effective early September, according to reports on August 27.
