Blue Origin leases staging space at Space Coast Regional Airport

Blue Origin signed a temporary nine-acre lease with the Titusville-Cocoa Airport Authority at Space Coast Regional Airport on August 26, paying about $16,880 a month through June 2027 for contractor staging space along Challenger Avenue. The deal comes alongside a pending lease of the airport's former terminal building and sits near Blue Origin's roughly 100-employee light-manufacturing site on Grissom Parkway, part of the company's broader Space Coast buildout as it rebuilds its New Glenn launch complex at Cape Canaveral.
