TSMC 3nm reported to overtake 5nm in second half
TrendForce, citing Taiwan Economic Daily News analysts, reported on September 7, 2026 that TSMC's 3nm node is expected to overtake 5nm in revenue share for the first time in the second half of 2026, with third-quarter 3nm output value projected above NT$400 billion and more than 30% of total revenue.
