Li Auto sets i9 flagship launch for September 16

Li Auto will launch the i9, a six-seat flagship battery-electric SUV, at 7:30 p.m. Beijing time on September 16, with display vehicles in stores from September 11. Regulatory filings list a 5,225 mm length, 3,168 mm wheelbase and a 400 kW dual-motor all-wheel-drive system; a Home trim adds rotating zero-gravity seats. Initial deliveries use CATL 5C ternary packs before a later switch to Li Auto-developed batteries.
