Nvidia Nemotron powers Salesforce Koa CRM model

Salesforce and Nvidia on September 15 announced Koa, Salesforce's first CRM reasoning model for Agentforce, built by post-training Nvidia Nemotron 3 Super on synthetic enterprise workflows with no customer data. Salesforce said Koa matches or exceeds leading models on its CRM benchmark with three times fewer errors, and it is in select Agentforce pilots now with U.S. general availability expected in winter 2026. The companies are also putting Nemotron-based models into Missionforce for government and regulated customers, with post-trained Nvidia models due to select customers in October 2026.
