Palantir names Tom Watson UK senior vice president

Former Labour deputy leader Lord Tom Watson has joined Palantir as UK senior vice president, the company said, moving from an adviser role he has held since 2024 to work alongside UK and Europe chief Louis Mosley. Palantir already has UK contracts with the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and 11 police forces, and Mosley said more than one in six Palantir staff are based in Britain. The hire lands as ministers review the seven-year, £330 million NHS Federated Data Platform contract ahead of a February 2027 break clause, and as Palantir faces continued scrutiny of its public-sector work.
