FERC denies Oklo bid to rejoin PJM Cycle 01 queue

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued a September 24 order in docket EL26-101 denying Oklo's complaint against PJM Interconnection. FERC eLibrary lists accession 20260924-3089 as an Order Denying Complaint. Utility Dive reported that Oklo failed to show PJM violated its tariff when it withdrew a 750 MW mixed-technology Virginia project from Cycle 01, and that modeling deficiencies remained after PJM's May notice. The project combines 150 MW of advanced nuclear with 300 MW of fuel cells and 300 MW of gas-fired generation. Oklo can refile in Cycle 02 or use PJM's Expedited Interconnection Track, open through December 31, 2027. Oklo has not posted a comment.
