BYD opens second-generation Seagull blind pre-orders

BYD Ocean sales chief Zhang Zhuo opened blind pre-orders for the second-generation Seagull on October 9, showing six exterior colors and no prices or a firm on-sale date. MIIT filings list the hatchback at 4,205 x 1,810 x 1,570 mm with a 2,650 mm wheelbase, 425 mm longer than the current car, a 95 kW rear motor and FinDreams LFP packs. Zhang said in August the model would launch this year.
