White House restores UK AISI model access
The Telegraph reported on Oct. 11 that the White House reversed a September request that US AI developers withhold pre-release models from Britain's AI Security Institute. It said AISI will again get models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google DeepMind after UK lobbying, and that Anthropic had blocked UK review of Claude Mythos 5.1. Reuters said spokespeople for Trump, OpenAI and Anthropic did not immediately comment.
