NIO's Firefly shows first right-hand-drive model in Hong Kong

NIO's compact Firefly brand unveiled its first right-hand-drive vehicle at the 2026 Hong Kong International Auto Show on June 18, setting up a Hong Kong market entry through an asset-light distributor model. The right-hand-drive Firefly follows the brand's launches in Singapore in January and Thailand in March as NIO pushes its small-car marque into export markets. The expansion comes after Firefly passed 60,000 cumulative deliveries earlier this year.
