NIO posts record June deliveries, Q2 up 49% year over year
NIO delivered a record 40,597 vehicles in June - up 62.9% year over year - split across its premium NIO brand (21,908), mass-market ONVO (11,743) and compact FIREFLY (6,946) marques, according to figures released July 1. Second-quarter deliveries reached 107,658, a 49.4% annual increase, lifting cumulative deliveries past 1.18 million. The new ES9 flagship SUV hit 10,000 deliveries within 30 days of its late-May launch, a record for battery-electric models priced above RMB 500,000 in China.
