LandSpace, CAS Space refile IPO filings, target 2029 profitability
LandSpace and CAS Space each refiled updated STAR Market IPO prospectuses on June 29, both setting a 2029 profitability target for the first time, contingent on higher launch cadence and mature reusable-rocket technology. LandSpace's filing disclosed its first full-year 2025 results (52.10 million yuan revenue against a 1.71 billion yuan net loss), as the two Chinese rocket makers race to become the country's first publicly listed commercial-launch company.
