Rivian unveils site plans for $5B Georgia manufacturing campus
Rivian released detailed site plans on August 5 for its $5 billion, roughly 2,000-acre manufacturing campus in Stanton Springs North, Georgia, which will surround the factory with a museum, public walking trails, overnight cabins, campsites and an off-road test track. Primary factory structures are set to be fully enclosed by 2027, with the plant targeting 300,000 vehicles a year and R2, R3 and R3X production starting in late 2028.
