Uber sells another $182 million of Aurora stock
Uber's wholly owned Neben Holdings subsidiary sold 29,369,611 Aurora Innovation Class A shares to a financial institution on September 15 at $6.205 apiece, about $182.2 million, according to a Schedule 13D/A and Form 4 filed September 17. After the block, Uber beneficially owned 157,103,800 shares, about 9.2% of Aurora's outstanding Class A stock, down from roughly 10.9% after the August 17 sale of 72 million shares. It is Uber's third large 2026 block sale of the stake it took in the 2020 Uber ATG deal.
