Uber sells another $182 million of Aurora stock
Uber's wholly owned Neben Holdings subsidiary sold 29,369,611 Aurora Innovation Class A shares to a financial institution on September 15 at $6.205 apiece, about $182.2 million, according to a Schedule 13D/A and Form 4 filed September 17.
