Archer's Boeing deal clears US antitrust wait

Archer said on September 24 that the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period for its purchase of Boeing's Wisk Aero, SkyGrid, and Insitu units expired at 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 18. That satisfies a key closing condition; other regulatory approvals remain, and Archer still expects the deal to close by the end of 2026. Boeing would take an equity stake in Archer. Insitu, Boeing's untracked drone unit, is part of the same package.
