Current commercial humanoid for tote handling and material movement in warehouses and factories. Reverse-jointed legs, gripper end-effectors, and Agility Arc fleet software. Digit 4 is the machine behind the 65,000-hour and 100,000-tote claims.

In paid operation at nine customer sites including GXO, Schaeffler, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, Amazon, and Mercado Libre. Digit 5 is intended to succeed it for new cooperative-safety deployments from 2027.
