321-layer NAND

Overview

SK hynix's advanced NAND node, including QLC products used in high-capacity enterprise SSDs. The Q2 2026 release said 321-layer products already represent the largest share of NAND production and are planned to reach about 50% of domestic production capacity by the end of 2026. FY2025 results said development of 321-layer QLC products was complete.
