It was set to power the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra globally and the Galaxy S26+ and S26 in select regions. The release names a 3rd Gen Qualcomm Oryon CPU, an Adreno GPU, and a Hexagon NPU, and calls the platform the world's fastest mobile system-on-a-chip.

On June 24, 2026 Qualcomm Technologies and Meta announced a multi-generation agreement for Qualcomm to supply data-center CPUs. The first-generation Dragonfly C1000 is planned to power Meta's next-generation server fleet. Production is scheduled to start in the second half of 2028. The release does not state a price or unit volume.
