Overview
WeRide's Level 4 autonomous sanitation vehicles for open-road sweeping. The company calls S1 the first L4 sanitation vehicle commercially deployed on public roads in China and Singapore, with S6 adding a 3.5 m3 water tank and at least 300 km NEDC range.
Testing or operations in 20+ cities including Beijing, Guangzhou, Dalian, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhengzhou, Singapore, and Riyadh, per the September 2026 product page. Gulf units were recalled for dust and sand upgrades, CFO Jennifer Li told AGBI in early September 2026. No separate sweeper fleet count was broken out of the ~3,400-vehicle L4 total in Q2 2026.
