GXR is operating fully driverless commercial services in Guangzhou, Beijing, and Abu Dhabi, with expanded deployments underway in Dubai, Singapore, and Riyadh. On September 10, 2026 Spain issued the first national L4 passenger-vehicle permit for GXR in the EU, authorizing Greater Madrid mapping and testing with an initial 20 specialist-supervised vehicles ahead of year-end commercial service. Pre-launch or early-testing programs continue in the Greater Zurich Region (fare-charging Uber service still targeted around December 2026), Hong Kong (right-hand-drive), Slovakia, and Denmark. The upgraded GXR's Q3 2026 production start had not been publicly confirmed as of September 20, 2026.
