Announced September 15, 2026. MediaTek said this flagship phone chip uses a 2nm process. The CPU is two C2-Ultra cores up to 4.55 GHz, three C2-Pro cores at 4.35 GHz, and three C2-Pro cores at 3.1 GHz. The release also names an NPU 1090, a G2-Ultra NX GPU, and Imagiq 1290. A stated 61% drop in multi-core power is from MediaTek lab demos.
Announced September 22, 2025, when MediaTek called it the most advanced mobile platform yet. The CPU is a third-generation All Big Core design with a 4.21 GHz ultra core, three premium cores, and four performance cores, plus four-lane UFS 4.1. Flagship phones were expected in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Smart Edge Platforms were 53% of the quarter, up 19% from the prior quarter, including connectivity, computing, automotive, and DRAM content in TV chips. Power IC was 6%. An expectation of more than $2 billion of data-center revenue in 2026 is guidance, not a share of this quarter.

On September 15, 2026 MediaTek announced the Dimensity 9600 Pro and said it uses a 2nm process. Phones using the 9600 Pro and the 9600M were expected that quarter. Performance figures are from MediaTek lab demos.
On July 31, 2026 MediaTek reported unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$152,183 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Rick Tsai, chief executive, and David Ku, chief financial officer, spoke on the call.
