Overview

A new class of autonomous surface vessel co-developed with South Korea's HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, combining HD Hyundai's shipbuilding scale with Anduril's software-defined autonomy and mission-systems integration. Originally aimed at the Navy's Modular Attack Surface Craft program, which the Navy cancelled in March 2026 in favor of a new Medium Unmanned Surface Vessel 'marketplace' that did not include Anduril in its initial seven-company demonstration cohort; Anduril and HD Hyundai are building the vessel independently.

First hull under construction at HD Hyundai's Ulsan shipyard since April 2026; targeting first water entry in October 2026, with Anduril planning to bring the vessel to the US coast for further testing by the end of 2026
