Always-on ChatGPT agent introduced at DevDay on September 29, 2026. Business Insider said it runs on GPT-6 Astra on a cloud computer, is built for computer use across apps and websites, and can use some tools when a user is not actively directing it. The Verge reported initial access for ChatGPT Pro, Business Premium and Enterprise subscribers, with Muse remaining free. OpenAI said it plans to expand availability.
