Q4 2026
The G9L half of this milestone is done: XPeng launched the SUV in China on September 17, 2026 from 231,800 yuan after the limited-time discount, with deliveries starting the same month. The Mona L05 is still due to launch in China in the fourth quarter, and the pair, plus overseas Mona L03 deliveries, is what He Xiaopeng expects to push monthly sales toward 60,000 - roughly 53% above August's 39,107. Whether the G9L's below-pre-sale pricing converts into that volume is the open question; XPeng guided Q3 deliveries of 115,000-121,000 units and July plus August came to 77,134.

XPeng said on September 14 that the G9L five-seat flagship SUV will launch in China on September 17 at 7:00 p.m. Pre-sales opened August 11 at 259,800 yuan, with BEV range up to 755 km CLTC and an EREV variant offering 435 km electric and 1,602 km combined range on an 800-volt platform. CEO He Xiaopeng has said deliveries begin the same month, and that the G9L plus Mona L05 are aimed at lifting monthly sales above 60,000 in the fourth quarter.
