Overview
A roughly 1-petabyte catalogue of predicted molecular effects for about 9 billion single-nucleotide variants, covering every possible single-letter DNA change in the human genome, plus an AlphaGenome Variant Impact score that combines AlphaGenome and AlphaMissense.
Launched September 8, 2026. Free for academic research via a web portal, the AlphaGenome API and a Google Antigravity skill; commercial use is planned on Google Cloud. DeepMind said collaborators have used it on unsolved rare-disease cases and UK Biobank trait studies.
