AI supercomputer in Memphis, Tennessee acquired in the February 2026 xAI merger. Sold as multi-year compute capacity to external AI customers, with disclosed contracts to Anthropic and Google.

Operating at 300+ MW with 220,000+ NVIDIA GPUs. Fully leased to Anthropic ($1.25B/month through May 2029) with additional capacity ramping for Google ($920M/month, ~110,000 GPUs, October 2026 through June 2029). xAI is concurrently building Colossus 2 as a unified Blackwell-only system for frontier training.
